AD Semiconductor TS01S

The TS01S is 1-Channel capacitive sensor with differential sensitivity calibration. And the supply voltage range is from 2.5 to 5.5V. The TS01S is designed for low power consumption. The TS01S has the function to select sensitivity by using SYNC pin without any additional external component. The TS01S has an output port(OUT) with open drain NMOS structure.
