XDS TX6121

TX6121 is a high-efficiency, high-precision step-down high-power LED constant-current driver controller IC. The chip employs a peak current control method with fixed off-time, which can be adjusted via an external capacitor, allowing the operating frequency to be changed according to user requirements. By adjusting the external current sense resistor, the drive current of high-brightness LEDs can be controlled to achieve the desired constant brightness. Applying a PWM signal to the DIM pin enables LED dimming. The DIM pin also supports linear dimming. The chip integrates an internal VDD Zener regulator and over-temperature protection circuit, reducing external component count and improving system reliability. The chip is available in a SOT23-6 package.
