Introduction
This product features an ARM 32-bit Cortex-M4 CPU with FPU and Adaptive Real-Time Accelerator (ART Accelerator), enabling zero-wait-state execution from Flash memory at up to 180MHz, equipped with MPU, delivering 225 DMIPS/1.25 DMIPS/MHz (Dhrystone 2.1) performance with DSP instruction support. It integrates 512kB Flash memory and 128KB SRAM, a flexible external memory controller (16-bit data bus, compatible with SRAM, PSRAM, SDRAM/LPSDR SDRAM, Flash NOR/NAND memory), and a dual-mode Quad SPI interface. An LCD parallel interface (8080/6800 mode) is also provided. Available package options include LQFP64 (10×10mm), LQFP100 (14×14mm), LQFP144 (20×20mm), UFBGA144 (7×7mm, 10×10mm), and WLCSP 81.
