This is a high-performance quad SPDT analog switch with an ultra-low typical on-resistance of 1.5Ω at 4.5V VCC. The switch operates over a wide VCC range of 2.3V to 4.5V and is designed for break-before-make operation. Select inputs are TTL-level compatible.

The switch also features intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature is well-suited for mobile phone applications, allowing direct interface with baseband processor general-purpose I/Os while minimizing battery drain. In other words, no additional components are required in practical applications to level-shift the control signals to match VCC.
