개요
SuperFET II MOSFETs are a new high-voltage super-junction (SJ) MOSFET series utilizing charge balance technology, featuring excellent low on-resistance and low gate charge performance. The technology is designed to minimize conduction losses while delivering superior switching performance, dv/dt rates, and higher avalanche energy. As a result, SuperFET II MOSFETs are ideal for switch-mode power supply applications such as power factor correction (PFC), server/telecom power supplies, flat panel TV power supplies, ATX power supplies, and industrial power applications. The optimized body diode reverse recovery performance of SuperFET II FRFET MOSFETs reduces additional components and improves system reliability.
