TI LM3671TLX-1.5/NOPB

LM3671 is a buck DC-DC converter optimized for powering low-voltage circuits from a single-cell Li-Ion battery, with an input voltage rail ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. The device delivers up to 600mA of load current across the entire input voltage range. Multiple fixed output voltage options are available, along with an adjustable output voltage option (adjustable range: 1.1V to 3.3V). The device features excellent characteristics that enable outstanding performance in mobile phones and similar portable systems. This intelligent device automatically switches between PWM low-noise mode and PFM low-current mode to enhance system control. In PWM mode, the device operates at a fixed frequency of 2MHz (typical). The hysteretic PFM mode reduces quiescent current to 16μA (typical) during light-load operation and standby, extending battery life. In PWM mode, high efficiency is achieved through internal synchronous rectification. In shutdown mode, the device turns off and battery current consumption drops to 0.01μA (typical). The switching frequency of up to 2MHz (typical) allows the use of miniature SMT components. Only three external SMT components are required — one inductor and two ceramic capacitors.
