Beschreibung
The SK5295D is a high-gain, low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou GNSS applications. This LNA achieves a gain of 17.64 dB with a noise figure of 0.91 dB at 1.575 GHz, and a gain of 16.93 dB with a noise figure of 0.88 dB at 1.176 GHz.
The SK5295D has a small PCB footprint. It operates from a single supply of 1.6 V to 3.6 V, consuming only 4.8 mA of DC current. Shutdown leakage current is as low as 1 uA.
The SK5295D is available in a DFN1.5X1.0-6 package.
