This surface-mount series features void-free hermetically sealed bidirectional TVS designs for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. The working peak "standoff" voltage selection ranges from 5.2 to 152 volts, available in 500-watt and 1500-watt power rating package sizes. They utilize a hard-glass construction for exceptional ruggedness and employ Class I internal metallurgical bonds, making them suitable for high-reliability applications. Products in both package types also comply with relevant standards, available with no suffix and with an "A" suffix, covering different voltage tolerances.
