This product is a microcontroller based on a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core, operating at up to 32MHz. It integrates up to 64KB of flash memory and up to 8KB of SRAM. The clock system includes internal 4/8/16/22.12/24MHz RC oscillators, an internal 32.768kHz RC oscillator, and an external crystal oscillator supporting 4~32MHz. The power management supports a wide operating voltage range and provides two low-power modes: Sleep and Stop, with POR/PDR, BOR, and programmable voltage detection.
