MICROCHIP CDLL6332/TR

This series of Zener voltage regulators is designed for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. These 0.5W Zener voltage regulators feature void-free glass construction and internal metallurgical bonds for hermetic sealing. The series includes Zener selections from 2.4V to 200V with standard 5% tolerance as well as 1% and 2% tolerances. They are also available in SMT package configurations. Microsemi offers many other Zener products to meet higher and lower power ratings in both through-hole and SMT packages.

• JEDEC registered 1N6309 through 1N6355 series.
• Available in 1%, 2%, and 5% voltage tolerances. (See Part Nomenclature)
• Void-free hermetically sealed glass package.
• 1N6321 through 1N6355 use internal "Category I" metallurgical bonds; 1N6309 through 1N6320 use "Category III" metallurgical bonds.
• JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS reliability levels available per MIL-PRF-19500/533.
• RoHS-compliant versions available (commercial grade only).
