This RoHS-compliant TVS series, 5KP5.0e3 - 5KP250CAe3, offers a range of standoff voltage options from 5.0 to 250V, available in both unidirectional and bidirectional types. The clamping action is nearly instantaneous. As a result, they effectively protect equipment from ESD and EFT per IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4 standards, as well as transient disturbances caused by inductive switching and RFI. They also protect equipment against secondary lightning strikes per 61000-4-5 at the specified rating levels indicated below.
