This series of industry-recognized void-free, hermetically sealed fast recovery glass rectifiers meets MIL-PRF-19500/359 requirements, making them ideal for high-reliability applications where failures cannot be tolerated. They offer working peak inverse voltage options from 200 to 600 volts, with a current rating of 1.0 ampere. Featuring robust hard-glass construction and internal metallurgical bonds classified as "Class 1," they are suited for high-reliability applications. These devices have ratings similar to the 1N5615 through 1N5619 series, and are also available in surface-mount MELF package configurations by adding the "US" suffix (refer to the separate datasheet for details).
