The XF series devices are quartz-based, ultra-low phase noise PLL oscillators supporting a wide range of frequencies and output interface types. These devices are designed to operate from three different supply voltages, with multiple pin configurations and two operating temperature ranges. XF series devices can be programmed to generate output frequencies from 15MHz to 2100MHz with resolution down to 1Hz. The configurability of this device family ensures rapid delivery for both sample and high-volume production orders. Devices can be one-time programmed (OTP) at the factory for fixed-frequency applications, or field-programmed via I²C based on system requirements (see notes under Pin Description).
