Beschreibung
The new Kxxx0yH is a high-energy SIDAC switch designed for gas ignition applications requiring high pulse currents, particularly at low repetition rates. It is available in DO-15 and TO-92 leaded packages as well as DO-214 SMT packages. Voltage activation of this solid-state switch occurs at peak voltages ranging from 190 to 280 volts. A SIDAC is a silicon bidirectional voltage-triggered thyristor switch that transitions to a low on-state voltage through a negative resistance region. Conduction continues until the current is interrupted or drops below the device's minimum holding current.
