The M3 line is known for its low conduction and switching losses, suitable for applications requiring a switching frequency of less than 20 kHz, such as motor drivers. The H3 line, with its low switching and conduction losses, is designed for applications needing up to 50 kHz switching frequency, like solar inverters and welding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nexperia&#8217;s IGBT nomenclature follows a standard convention where the first number indicates the current rating, and the second number represents 1\/10 of the voltage rating. For example, the NGW30T60M3DF indicates a Nexperia IGBT with a 30A current rating and a 600V breakdown voltage, featuring medium-speed switching technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Static and Dynamic Performance:<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nexperia&#8217;s M3 IGBTs exhibit a very low collector-emitter saturation voltage across a wide range of collector currents and junction temperatures.
